Overview
We are seeking a Saw Operator to join our dynamic fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various saws and cutting equipment to produce high-quality components. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Operate saws and cutting machines to cut materials according to specifications.
- Assemble components as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Fabricate parts as required, following engineering drawings and instructions.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in operating saws or similar machinery.
- Familiarity with laser cutting techniques is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
- Experience in welding or fabrication is advantageous.
- Previous experience in machining or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Hours: Monday – Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Starting Pay: $19.00 (little experience) - $22.00 (experience)
Benefits: Full-Time employees are eligible for benefits: uniforms, medical insurance (up to 90% premium employer paid), dental, 401K, vacation, and life insurance. Plus, $1/hour for: Attendance, Paperwork, and Daily Progress Reporting)
