We’re Hiring: Restaurant Supervisor (Full-Time)
Spring Valley, CA + Naval Exchange | $20–$24/hr DOE

We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who’s passionate about people, driven by purpose, and ready to lead by example. Someone who thrives in high-volume environments and can coach a front-of-house team while jumping on the line when needed.
What You’ll Do:
Run daily FOH operations & full-service bar
Lead, train & motivate staff
Handle guest issues with a solutions-first mindset
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance
Communicate with kitchen & expo team
Open/close restaurant, manage cash handling
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in a restaurant leadership role
Love for BBQ + hospitality
Calm under pressure, excellent communicator
POS/digital experience (Toast & 7Shifts = bonus)
Nights/weekends/holidays availability
Valid Food Handler card & Driver’s License
