M-F 8-5 with occasional weekend.
Job Summary:
This individual has oversight over all infection control and prevention related activities within the organization. This individual will also be responsible for all functions of the employee and resident health program and for providing clinical health services.
Some of the job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Being knowledgeable in Infection Control and prevention
· Responsible for policies and procedures within the organization related to infection control and employee health.
· Provides consultation and education to staff and residents in respect to Infection Prevention & Control
· Notify the County and/or State Health Department of any re-portable diseases, adhering to all internal county and state procedures.
· Participate in infection prevent and control education of all employees and residents
Education Requirements: Infection Control Certification Prefered
RN -License
LPN- License with experience
