Busser / Food Runner (Traditional Korean Soup House)

We are seeking hardworking, energetic, and team-oriented Bussers/Food Runners to join our team at a traditional Korean soup house specializing in authentic Korean comfort foods including seolleongtang, galbijjim, galbitang and house-made banchan.
This role is essential to creating a fast, welcoming, and clean dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver soups, rice, banchan, and other dishes promptly and accurately.
- Reset and prepare tables quickly for incoming guests.
- Refill and maintain banchan stations and service supplies.
- Clear dishes and assist with dishwashing as needed.
- Refill water, tea, utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Assist servers during busy periods.
- Keep dining room, service stations, and restrooms clean and organized.
- Support opening and closing duties.
Qualifications
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented and dependable.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Evening and weekend availability preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Korean or Asian restaurants is a plus.
- Korean language skills are helpful but not required.
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
