Cavazos Quick Stop is looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our growing team! We are looking for individuals who are responsible, hardworking, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Snack Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing food and beverages, assisting customers, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing excellent service. This position requires teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare snacks, food items, drinks, aguas frescas, raspas, and other menu items according to company standards Take customer orders and provide friendly customer service Operate the register and process customer payments accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Restock ingredients, supplies, and products as needed Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, dishes, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping Work as part of a team to provide a great experience for every customer Communicate respectfully and professionally with coworkers and customers
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older Spanish-speaking is required Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work well with a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Weekend availability required Previous restaurant or food preparation experience is a plus, but not required Must be dependable and willing to take responsibility
