Architectural Impact is looking to team with an experienced freelance architectural drafter in the New Jersey area. Interested individuals must have at least 10 years experience with construction documents for residential, retail and commercial projects and be proficient in Autocad. Applicant must have the ability to coordinate between multiple disciplines including but not limited to structural and mechanical, electrical and plumbing and be knowledgeable of construction means and methods. An ability to recognize conflicts in construction while preparing drawings is a must. There is an opportunity for field work to create as-built drawings if you are in New Jersey area. Thank you- Jim
