Create and manage the onboarding sheet, equipment, and software request sheets.
Install, configure, and maintain company devices and related hardware and software.
Maintain knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
Identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operations problems.
Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement.
Act as a liaison between Enterprise Technical Services and the end user.
Perform network troubleshooting.
