What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations of shell construction projects (foundation, slab, block, framing, tie beam, roof system, structural elements)
Coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, materials, and equipment deliveries
Ensure compliance with plans, specs, safety standards, and inspection requirements
Monitor progress, resolve field issues, and maintain clean communication with project managers
Track materials, daily logs, and support site documentation
What You Bring
Proven experience in shell construction (residential or commercial)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read blueprints and structural plans
Familiarity with inspections, compaction, concrete, and formwork standards
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage crews and problem-solve on site
Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety standars
