- Responsible for successful delivery of the EMR and Financial Epic System for
client.
- Plans, organizes, directs and manages project teams in conjunction with Client
PM to achieve goals with budgeted funds and available personnel.
- Works with leadership to ensure project goals and objectives are met through
the planning and decision making process.
- Provides strong leadership and implements change when necessary to ensure
the system implementation is meeting the goals of the organization. Evaluates
actual project/program progress against plans and directions corrective actions.
- An expert advisor that helps the client use Epic software to improve care and
financial processes.
- Activities include coordinating and aligning the delivery of multiple projects,
communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program
status utilizing dashboards.
- Manage high level milestones to ensure clinical and revenue cycle objectives are
clearly defined and achieved based on the timeline and budget.
- Accomplishes project objectives by establishing scope; designing and delivering
solutions as well as leading team members. Typically responsible for the overall
planning, management and completion of IT Projects
