Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting high-end B2B clients across diverse markets.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent deal flow.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, outreach campaigns, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company profitability.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Oversee inventory management related to dealership or retail inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels for upselling opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing insights on customer needs and market trends to enhance outreach strategies.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and prospects.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership management with a strong track record of achieving high-end sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
- Multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and familiarity with retail math, inventory control, and automotive or retail sales processes.
- Excellent public speaking skills for presentations and client meetings.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and lead generation.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, inventory management, and dealership operations is a plus.
