ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are a growing wellness and aesthetic practice in South Florida seeking an experienced, licensed physician to serve as our Collaborating Physician. This is a flexible, mostly remote role — the right candidate will help us maintain clinical compliance, provide medical oversight, and support our team of advanced practice providers without a required physical presence in our office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who already operates their own medspa or aesthetic practice and is looking to expand their professional footprint through a collaborative agreement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide medical oversight and collaboration for our licensed advanced practice providers (NP/PA) in accordance with Florida regulations
- Review and sign collaborative practice agreements and protocols as required by state law
- Be available for consultation (phone/telehealth) to address clinical questions or patient concerns as needed
- Review and approve standing orders, treatment protocols, and injectable procedures including Botox and dermal fillers
- Participate in periodic chart reviews to ensure quality of care and compliance
- Assist with policy development, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
- Collaborate on any adverse event management when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active, unrestricted Florida MD or DO license (required)
- Active DEA registration (preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic medicine experience, including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport/Jeuveau) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, etc.)
- Clean malpractice history with no disciplinary actions
- Carries valid malpractice/professional liability insurance
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, supervisory capacity with NPs and/or PAs
- Strong knowledge of Florida state regulations regarding collaborative agreements
PREFERRED: Physician who owns or operates their own medspa or aesthetic practice in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach County. This indicates hands-on familiarity with our patient population, local regulatory environment, and the day-to-day operations of an aesthetic practice.

Pay: $450.00 - $750.00 per month
