We are looking for a great general manager who loves working with people and wants to contribute to a fast growing company. We are looking for the person who is passionate about restaurant management with high standards. He or she can provide outstanding leadership to the team and create a high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate is looking for career and personal growth and has at least two years of restaurant general management experience, preferably in a high volume fast-casual or quick-service concept, or a full service restaurant.
Responsibilities:

Teaches and practices the Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness.

Leads by example, is vocal and prepared.

Always willing to learn and is receptive to coaching and constructive criticism.

Is willing to work alongside team members and do what is necessary for the success of restaurant.

Able to observe, analyze and execute improvements

Assesses staff performance, always coaches and develops.

Consistently models exceptional Hospitality in every instance.

Ensures efficiency in labor and food costs.

Maintains the restaurant and its equipment.

Requirements:
-
Must have prior restaurant general manager experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-casual, quick-service restaurant or full service restaurant.

Always willing to learn and is receptive to coaching

Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
-
Must be willing to work a variety of shifts - including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Will be required to lift up to 50 pounds
-
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure the safety of all parties

Will require full range of physical motion such as: bending, reaching, climbing a ladder, etc.
