Reputable 30-attorney insurance defense litigation firm is looking for experienced FLORIDA Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join their TAMPA team.
Should have experience with 1 or more of the following practice areas: Bodily Injury Defense, First Party Property, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Construction Defect/Accidents, Premises Liability and other General Liability cases in FLORIDA.
***IDEAL Candidates have 2 + years experience in Bodily Injury Defense , First Party Property or other Insurance Defense experience in FL***
DUTIES: reviewing and analyzing new files from assignment by the adjuster, drafting pleadings, motions, issuing & answering discovery, review and analysis of records/bills to identify damages, deposition prep, depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials, and regularly preparing comprehensive status reports to the clients. Should have experience with expert witness depositions and preparing for same. Trial prep and actual trial experience are preferred but not required.
Must have experience with billable hours.
BILLING: We require 175 hours/month. Billing above and beyond this requirement makes you eligible for our bonus tier structure. Can earn up to $36k per year in annual bonus!

Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
