What You’ll Do
- Greet customers with energy and professionalism; uncover wants, needs, and budget
- Guide customers through the entire buying journey—from vehicle selection to delivery
- Present and demonstrate vehicles with confidence; highlight features, value, and protection options
- Collaborate with management on pricing, trade-ins, and financing solutions
- Deliver a smooth, exciting handoff at purchase and vehicle delivery
- Follow up consistently to generate repeat business and referrals
- Stay sharp on inventory, incentives, and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect and build trust
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a positive attitude
- Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
