This is an on-site position where you'll receive hands-on coaching, proven systems, consistent lead opportunities, and the support you need to increase your production—not just your workload.
What You'll Do
- Guide buyers through every step of the home buying process
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and create winning strategies
- Conduct property tours and write competitive offers
- Negotiate contracts with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain consistent communication and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Follow proven lead generation and follow-up systems
- Collaborate with a high-performing team that values accountability and growth
What We're Looking For
- Active Tennessee Real Estate License (or currently obtaining one)
- Full-time availability
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
