Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors to the practice warmly
- Answer phones promptly, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
- Enter and update patient information, handle invoices, and process payments
- Maintain excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, and colleagues

- Communicates clearly and compassionately with patients and team members
- Comfortable managing schedules, data, and office flow
- Enjoys setting the pace of the office and keeping things running smoothly

Salary & Benefits:
- Starting salary range at $19-21/hour (commensurate with level of experience)
