Inbound Quality Coordinator
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Regular Schedule After Training: Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Inbound Quality Coordinator to join a chemical processing facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, documenting, and safely moving incoming materials while supporting daily production operations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, organized, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. No prior chemical-processing experience is required; training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies.
- Verify quantities, labels, paperwork, and material information.
- Accurately enter receiving and inventory information into computer systems.
- Safely move and stage materials for production.
- Maintain accurate inventory and material records.
- Follow established procedures for handling and storing materials.
- Communicate with production and warehouse teams regarding incoming materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Assist with other material-handling and production-support duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/production systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials as required.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/chemical processing environment.
- Willingness to follow strict safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Schedule
Training will be Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM for approximately 2–3 months.
After training, the regular schedule will transition to Sunday–Wednesday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Pay: $19.00/hour
