Job Description:
The Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) Engineer will design and implement automation solutions using AI, RPA, and machine learning to optimize business workflows. The role involves integrating automation tools with enterprise systems and ensuring seamless AI-driven process execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Integrate AI/ML models for intelligent decision-making in automation workflows.
- Design and optimize end-to-end business process automation.
- Ensure compliance and security in automation implementations.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Monitor and maintain automation performance in production.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
Experience:
- 3-6 years in RPA, AI automation, or process engineering.
- Expertise in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Experience with AI/ML models in automation workflows.
- Strong programming skills (Python, Java, C#).
- Knowledge of process mining and workflow automation tools.
