We’re looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Content Producer for social media. This role is more than editing videos—it’s about creating content that changes perspectives, inspires faith, and helps people take their next step with Jesus. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of creatives to produce engaging content for social media, conferences, ministries, and special projects. What You’ll Do
Edit compelling, story-driven videos from concept through final delivery. Collaborate with pastors, producers, writers, designers, and other creatives to bring ideas to life. Produce content for weekend experiences, conferences, digital platforms, social media, and ministry initiatives.Create motion graphics, titles, and visual effects that elevate storytelling. Color correct, mix audio, and deliver polished final edits. Help develop creative concepts and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions. Capture video when needed and understand production workflows both on location and in studio. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. Stay current on editing trends, storytelling techniques, and emerging creative tools.
What We’re Looking For
- An exceptional portfolio or demo reel that demonstrates strong storytelling, editing, pacing, and creativity.
- Professional experience in video editing is preferred, but outstanding work and talent are valued above years of experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of cameras, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Familiarity with editing content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Strong visual storytelling instincts.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with a creative team.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Relevant experience and an outstanding portfolio are strongly valued.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
