Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance to residents in daily activities.
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health conditions.
- Assist with long-term care plans and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in condition.
- Support residents with mobility and heavy lifting as needed.
- Engage with residents socially to promote mental well-being.
