Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is building an exciting new chapter under new leadership, and we're looking for compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to grow with us.
We're currently hiring a Full-Time LPN for the 11:00 PM-7:00 AM night shift. If you're looking for a nursing opportunity where teamwork is valued, your experience matters, and you can make a meaningful difference for residents every shift, we'd love to meet you.

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.

Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.

Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions throughout the night shift.

Recognize changes in condition and communicate clinical concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate and timely electronic nursing documentation.

Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care.

Follow individualized resident care plans and physician orders.

Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.

Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred but not required.

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with the nursing team.
