The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role coordinates subcontractors, manages schedules, monitors progress, and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and quality standards.

Oversee and manage all on-site activities for assigned construction projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workforce.

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and relevant regulations.

Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and conflicts swiftly.

Verify and review work quality, inspect completed tasks, and maintain project documentation.

Foster a collaborative and respectful working environment.

Prepare and submit progress reports as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Required: High School Graduation with trade school and extensive
knowledge of carpentry and commercial construction in Kansas.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Construction. Ten (10) plus years in construction
management can be substituted for a four year degree.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years mid-level management experience in local construction.
