Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate molding machines according to work instructions
- Load raw materials and monitor machines during operation
- Remove, inspect, and trim molded parts
- Perform basic machine adjustments to maintain quality output
- Identify and report any product defects or machine malfunctions
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with mold changes and routine maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in molding, machine operation, or manufacturing a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and production documentation
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts if required
