Sustainable Talent is conducting the search for an energetic, compassionate, and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) on behalf of Markson Chiropractic & Medical.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including personal injury, work-related injuries, orthopedic conditions, pediatric, geriatric, and general rehabilitation patients. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient outcomes, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is looking to grow professionally within a respected and established healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Implement therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with providers
Educate patients on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery goals
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Deliver an outstanding patient experience through professionalism and compassionate care
Collaborate with providers and team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
Current Florida Physical Therapy Assistant License (Required)
Strong clinical and patient management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
