Facility maintenance and cleaning jobs can include a variety of tasks, such as cleaning, repairing, and maintaining a facility and its grounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep offices, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and warehouse areas clean and well-maintained by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Empty trash, restock restroom and break room supplies, and help keep common areas neat and organized.
- Handle minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, making small repairs, helping set up or move furniture, etc.
- Take care of exterior areas by sweeping entrances, clearing sidewalks, and picking up trash.
- Report any maintenance issues, supply needs, or safety concerns as needed.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned in support of company operations.
Qualifications:
- Cleaning experience, including janitorial and custodial work
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and commercial cleaning practices
- Ability to perform facilities maintenance tasks and porter duties
- Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to operate in Excel

Pay: $20.00 per hour
