Production Machine Operator – HUTT Assembly (2nd Shift)
- Candidates must be available to work occasional and/or regular weekend shifts, based on peak operational demands.
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Production Machine Operator to join our HUTT Assembly team on 2nd shift. In this role, you’ll operate multiple production machines, monitor quality, and help ensure smooth, efficient manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Load parts into assigned machines and prepare equipment for operation.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent, high‑quality output.
- Identify and remove defective parts from the workflow.
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed to maintain proper operation.
- Perform quality checks, including gauging, SPC charting, and visual inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by management.
Position Requirements
- Ability to stand at a production station for an 8‑hour shift.
- Capable of operating multiple machines simultaneously.
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs. and maneuver heavier items with assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect parts while machines are running.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
