Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously during overnight shifts
- Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing solutions that exceed expectations
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts
- Support guest services initiatives by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on night audit responsibilities
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing multiple guest requests simultaneously
- Deep understanding of guest relations, hospitality standards, and hotel safety protocols
