OVER 21 YEARS OF AGE
CPR AND FIRST AID CERTIFIED WITH PROOF.
Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Nanny/Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support for children in a private home setting. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kids.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by implementing personalized care plans and engaging in therapeutic activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment through residential housekeeping tasks including cleaning up after children and tidying play areas.
- Offer personal transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or outings to ensure safety at all times.
- Engage in age-specific educational activities such as teaching basic skills, reading stories, and encouraging creative play to foster growth and curiosity.
- Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations while following safety protocols diligently.
- Collaborate with parents to communicate daily updates on children’s progress, needs, and any concerns that arise during caregiving hours.
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children across various age groups including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children.
- Proven nannying or private home childcare experience with multiple children simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of childcare best practices including infant care, toddler care, meal preparation, and developmental activities.
- Ability to perform residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after children and maintaining a tidy living space.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs; familiarity with therapeutic techniques is a plus.
- Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies.
- Competence in cooking nutritious meals suitable for different age groups and dietary restrictions.
- Personal transportation assistance skills for safe driving to school or appointments when required.
- Knowledge of daycare practices and babysitting responsibilities to provide consistent quality care.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with parents regarding children's routines and well-being.
