What you’ll do
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices.
- Engage with guests to build rapport, address any concerns, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Assist with hosting duties as needed, greeting guests upon arrival and managing reservations through OpenTable.
Basic qualifications
- Must have Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments .
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in fine dining settings or nightclubs is a plus.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation regulations.
- Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to foster positive guest relations.
