We are looking for a fun and motivated guest care coordinator for our Maximum FX Salon location on South Lamar (1414 South Lamar Blvd).

Applicants should possess the following:

* Commitment to offering excellent customer service from the heart
* Interest in the salon, fashion and beauty industry
* Customer service, retail, or sales experience
* Basic computer skills required
* Basic phone skills and etiquette
* Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday
Basic Duties:
* Answering calls and scheduling appointments
* Helping clients with retail purchases
* Checking clients in and out for their appointments
* Facilitating with the flow of the salon
* Updating staff and management regarding salon numbers, sales, and any client issues
Skill Requirements:
* Excellent communication, leadership and organization skills.
* Strong client service and problem solving abilities.
* Proficient computer experience.
