The Gray Agency is seeking motivated individuals interested in helping families evaluate life insurance and financial protection options. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity offering flexible scheduling, training, and ongoing support.
Whether you are already licensed or willing to obtain your insurance license, we provide training and systems designed to help you get started and develop your skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with prospective clients who have requested information about insurance products
- Educate clients on available coverage options based on their needs
- Assist clients with the application process
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up
- Participate in training and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable using technology and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to obtain a life insurance license if not currently licensed
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Compensation
This position is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity and is compensated through commissions. No hourly pay or salary is provided.
