Landscape Sales Representative
Compensation: $40,000 per year plus commission
We are seeking a motivated, personable Landscape Sales Representative to grow our customer base and help clients bring their outdoor visions to life. The ideal candidate understands landscaping, communicates clearly, and is confident developing relationships and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with residential and commercial sales leads.
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss landscaping needs, budgets, and project goals.
- Recommend appropriate landscape design, installation, and maintenance services.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales agreements.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with project managers and field crews to ensure a smooth handoff.
- Build long-term client relationships and pursue referral opportunities.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably in landscaping, construction, home improvement, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to understand project requirements and explain services clearly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills and experience using customer-management or estimating software are preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
Compensation and Benefits
