Peace+ is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Supervisor in Burlington, MA. Are you a motivated leader passionate about ensuring top-quality cleaning services? At Peace+, we pride ourselves on excellence and client satisfaction, and we’re looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to help us deliver both!
What You’ll Do
- Plan and Organize: Coordinate weekly schedules, oversee daily operations, and ensure every site has the right team in place.
- Quality Control: Conduct inspections, supervise tasks, and implement improvement plans.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and support your team members while ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
- Client Partnership: Communicate with clients regularly, address concerns promptly, and maintain strong relationships.
- Budget and Reporting: Manage hours and materials within budget, approve timesheets, and collaborate on periodic maintenance planning.
Who You Are
- Experienced Supervisor: 2+ years in a supervisory role, with a high school diploma or equivalent (DEP or DES).
- Problem-Solver: Skilled at organizing, prioritizing, and adapting to challenges.
- Client-Focused: Committed to exceeding client expectations and building trust.
- Team-Oriented: A strong collaborator who builds a positive work environment.
