American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift Progressive Care Unit position in a Clinical Decision Unit, requiring a compact or NC RN license and telemetry-related certification.

Work in a hospital-based Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a Clinical Decision Unit
-
Patient population includes acute and progressive care cases requiring telemetry monitoring
-
Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
-
13-week contract assignment

Active NC or compact RN license required
-
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a PCU or telemetry unit

Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications required

NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
-
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Must provide professional references as required by state (one for most states; two for FL and MO)

US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

Duties include monitoring and managing progressive care patients, performing telemetry assessments, and administering prescribed treatments

Expected to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
