Senior Trades (Welder A, Sr. Millwright, Fabrication Specialist)
Reports To: Foreman or Superintendent Experience: 5+ years
Provides advanced technical execution and problem-solving while elevating crew quality.

Perform complex layout, spooling, and fabrication

Resolve constructability issues

Maintain applicable certifications

Support execution planning

Negotiable (Hourly + Overtime)

Certification pay bumps (CWI, MedGas, etc.)
Quality: Rework rate
- 2%
Execution: Complex scopes pass inspection- 95% on first review

Schedule: No delays attributable to workmanship

Serves as technical lead on assigned scopes

Actively supports Journeymen skill development

Recognized by Foreman/Superintendent as a problem solver
