SUMMARY:
Assists the lead choir teacher in providing instructional support for middle school choir students. The following is preferred:

Choral background
-
Formal music training in voice or piano
-
Accompanist skills
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)

Help students as they complete lessons delivered by music teacher;

Collaborates with music teacher for the purpose of communicating information, resolving issues, and providing services;

Reports to music/choral/band director/teacher;
-
Attends meetings and in-service presentations for the purpose of acquiring and/or conveying information relative to job functions;

Assists in monitoring supplementary work, providing small group instruction for students;
-
Attend scheduled concerts.
