I’m the Head Designer at Quality First Builders, and I’m looking for a talented Interior Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready and will eventually take on their own solo design projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating realistic renderings and design presentations for client approval
- Meeting clients for design selections, shopping trips, and reviewing material packages
- Visiting job sites to meet with clients, subcontractors, review progress, and ensure design accuracy
- Assisting with project coordination and design documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in interior design or construction Strong skills in rendering softwares. A solid understanding of construction terminology and how design integrates with build processes Familiarity with city requirements and permitting basics (plumbing, electrical, etc.) Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills — you’ll be juggling multiple projects at once A proactive, organized, and creative mindset — someone who can take initiative and problem-solve on the fly
- Experience in residential design or construction
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Desire to grow into a lead designer role
