Our Greatest Need: Afternoon & Evening RBTs
We are actively seeking compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technicians who are available during afternoon and evening hours, when many of our families need services the most.
Preferred Availability:
- Monday–Friday
- Approximately 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available

About the Position
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, clinic, school, and community settings.
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, behavior, social skills, independence, and daily living skills.
Every session you provide helps change a child's future.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, clinic, school, and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, families, and other professionals
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive living skills
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings
- Support parents and caregivers through regular communication regarding client progress
- Maintain professionalism while providing compassionate, evidence-based care
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Experience working with children, preferably those with autism or developmental disabilities
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the DMV area to client homes, schools, and community locations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping children succeed
