Job Title: Field Technician - Fleet Cleaning
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California
Compensation: Starting pay is $18.50 per hour during the training and probationary period. After successfully completing training and probation, employees may receive a pay increase based on performance, reliability, work quality, responsibility, attendance, leadership, and overall contribution to the company.
Pay weekly every Thursday.
Expected Hours: 25–35 hours per week
Schedule Requirements: This position requires full schedule flexibility. Employees must be available to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed. Applicants must be available to work any assigned schedule and any day of the week based on operational needs. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team. This hands-on position involves cleaning and washing the exterior and interior of commercial vehicles of various sizes and types. Work is performed primarily outdoors and requires physical labor in different weather conditions.
We are looking for individuals who are motivated, willing to learn, able to work efficiently, and capable of following company procedures and safety standards. Teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate pressure washers, cleaning equipment, and related tools (training provided)
- Properly use cleaning chemicals while following company safety procedures
- Wash, clean, and detail commercial vehicles according to company standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Handle equipment responsibly and report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment
Work Environment & Physical Demands: This position is performed outdoors and requires employees to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind, while maintaining quality and timely service.
Employees must be able to:
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move continuously for extended periods
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive tasks such as scrubbing, pressure washing, vacuuming, and equipment handling
- Work early mornings, late evenings, and outdoors under varying weather conditions
Schedule Overview:
- Start times may begin as early as 12:00 AM
- Schedules may vary depending on company needs and workload
- Flexibility is required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay is $18.50 per hour. After completing training and the probationary period, a pay increase may be considered based on performance, responsibility, and quality of work.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Applicants applying for Driver/Team Lead positions must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no violations, DUIs, tickets, or points)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass E-Verify (no exceptions)
- Must successfully pass a background check (no exceptions)
- Must complete and pass a 90-day probationary and safety evaluation period.
- Must be physically capable of performing labor-intensive outdoor work
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions
- Must communicate effectively and work well with a team
- Must be willing to learn equipment operation and safety protocols.
