Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help maintain pristine, welcoming homes for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional residential and commercial cleaning services, ensuring every space shines with cleanliness and order. While previous cleaning experience is valued, we provide hands-on, on-site training to ensure all Swept Away team members have the same standards of cleanliness!
Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, offices and outdoor spaces as needed
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals to clean surfaces, floors and carpets effectively
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all flooring surfaces spotless
- Handle heavy lifting safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleaning or organizing tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns
- Must be able to commute to and from clients homes, most are in Raymond/ Clinton area

- Attention to Detail: Notice small details and make sure every area is thoroughly cleaned
- Time Management: Can efficiently manage cleaning tasks and complete homes within the expected time frame
- Reliability: Shows up on time, follows through with scheduled work, and can be counted on
- Ability to Work Independently: Comfortable working alone (after being trained) and completing task without constant supervision
- Customer Service: Friendly, respectful, and professional when showing up to work and interacting with clients
- Organization: Keeps cleaning supplies organized and follows an efficient cleaning routine
- Honest and Respectful: Honest, trustworthy, and respectful of clients' homes and personal belongings, with strong commitment to treating everything with care, including business equipment
- Physical Demands: Must be comfortable maintaining a fast-paced, physically demanding workload, must have the stamina to stay active and on your feet for several hours at a time while completing cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
