Total compensation for the
Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist in Houston, Texas between $90,000 and $115,000.

Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing VDC/BIM processes.
- Ability to design models for construction management purposes as necessary, must be able to modify and supplement deigns intent Revit models.
- Responsible for quality control, supporting team members and construction staff.
- Assist with BIM-related issues, scheduling issues, and review BIM coordinating schedules for compliance.
- Assist with new technology and modeling within Revit.
Electrical BIM/VDC Specialist Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years’ experience within BIM Modeling for an Electrical Contractor.
- Must work for an Electrical Contractor designing MEP for large new build commercial projects.
- 3+ years within Revit and must be able to model within Revit MEP.
- Navisworks experience.
- Field experience is a plus.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- Electrical Field Experience
