Position Type:
- Full-time: a minimum of 30 hours each week

Part-time: a minimum of 15 hours each week and less than 30 hours each week

The Heart of House Team (kitchen team): This team is a small group of people who work in the “heart” of our restaurant to provide remarkably tasting, quality food for our guests. People who enjoy a small crowd rather than a big one, a fast pace, and working with their hands often enjoy the Heart of House team the best.

Heart of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations: fries, breading, machines, line, dish, and food prep

Stock kitchen inventory as needed

Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times

Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
-
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership

Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and remaining up-to-date on any changes

Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned

Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
