Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures efficiently across all areas of the home, adhering to safety standards
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents for floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface maintenance
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and effectively
- Maintain clear communication with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction
- Keep track of cleaning supplies inventory and report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper use of janitorial supplies
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments when necessary
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards clients
- Prior experience in outdoor work or residential housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory
