At Atlasta Catering, our Event Execution Specialists serve as the primary stewards of an event once a contract has been signed. This role is responsible for guiding clients through the planning process while ensuring that all event information remains accurate, up to date, and effectively communicated to our culinary, operations, staffing, venue, and vendor partners.

What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact after contracts are signed
- Guide clients through planning milestones, deadlines, and event decisions
- Conduct planning meetings and event check-ins
- Answer client questions and provide recommendations
- Build trust through responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through
Event Coordination
- Manage menus, timelines, guest counts, rental orders, staffing requirements, and event logistics
- Coordinate with venues, vendors, and internal departments
- Ensure event details remain current and accurate as changes occur
- Identify potential issues before they impact event execution
Documentation & Communication
- Maintain event orders, invoices, timelines, and planning documents
- Communicate updates clearly to culinary, operations, staffing, and leadership teams
- Ensure all departments are working from the most current information
- Track decisions, changes, and client communications with exceptional accuracy

Qualifications
Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong grammar, spelling, and professional correspondence abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Professional client-facing experience
Preferred
- Event planning, catering, hospitality, venue, project management, or client service experience
- Experience coordinating vendors and logistics
- Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

The Event Execution Specialist serves as the bridge between the client, the planning process, and successful event execution. This position combines client relationship management, project coordination, communication, and operational planning.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.50 per hour
