About the Role
As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will serve as a critical partner in ensuring the seamless operation of our production floor. By leveraging your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, you will optimize equipment uptime and drive reliability across our complex manufacturing lines.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve technical challenges within blow molding and injection machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and extrusion systems.

Ensure the peak performance of auxiliary support systems such as chillers, air compressors, and material handling automation.

Execute precise mold changeovers and machine startups to minimize production delays and maximize output efficiency.

Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting on PLC-controlled systems, VFDs, and industrial robotics to maintain operational continuity.

Manage the lifecycle of equipment health by performing rigorous preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.

Maintain detailed records of repairs and parts usage within our CMMS to support long-term reliability strategies.

Uphold the highest standards of safety by strictly adhering to LOTO protocols and contributing to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications-
3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience within a high-volume manufacturing or plastics processing environment.

Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, including complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, including 480V circuits, motors, and control panels.

Ability to interpret technical documentation, including blueprints, electrical schematics, and P&IDs.

Experience diagnosing and repairing PLC-based control systems and associated instrumentation.

Technical degree or specialized certification in industrial maintenance or mechatronics.

Prior experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens control platforms.

Proven track record of participating in TPM or Kaizen-driven maintenance programs.
