Staffing Strategies is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN/per diem opportunities at a skilled nursing and behavioral health facility in Muncie, Indiana.

Available Shifts
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Days)
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Nights)
Pay
- $18–22/hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Take and record vital signs as directed.
- Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and independence.
- Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care.
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Indiana CNA certification.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or behavioral health experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
