Advanced Autism Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with a client in the east valley area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for a consistent, schedule.
Schedules Available between Monday-Sunday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Full time hours range from 30-40 hours a week
Part time hours range from 10-29 hours a week
Position Details:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect behavior data and complete session documentation accurately and timely
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and communicate progress effectively
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
- Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card and Article 9 certification
- Experience with children and/or individuals with autism preferred
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass a background check
- Minimum availability of 15 hours per week, with flexibility as caseload increases
- Candidates must be able to accommodate client-specific environmental needs, including smoke sensitivities and animal allergies
No RBT Cert? No problem!
Our training program provides all staff with the full RBT certification within 90 days
The training steps include:
1. 40-hour online ABA course
2. Initial Competency Assessment
3. Take and pass RBT exam
