Welder – 1st Shift

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Local Comapny is currently hiring a skilled and dependable Welder to join our team in Monroeville, Ohio. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity for individuals who take pride in producing quality work and maintaining a safe work environment.
Job Duties

Perform welding and fabrication on metal components and assemblies

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met

Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely

Measure and cut materials to required specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Assist with additional production and fabrication duties as needed
Qualifications

Previous welding experience required

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
