About the Role
We're hiring friendly, motivated Sales Associates to help our customers find the right Mazda for their lives. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to build a rewarding career in a beautiful new showroom with a supportive team behind you.
Experienced Mazda sales professionals are encouraged to apply — bring your book of business and hit the ground running in our new location.
No automotive experience? No problem. We are absolutely willing to train the right person from the ground up. What matters most to us is how you treat people. If you've built your career around genuine hospitality and top-tier service — think front desk at the Ritz-Carlton, a luxury hotel concierge, high-end retail, fine dining, or similar guest-service roles — you already have the instincts we're looking for. We'll teach you the cars.
What We're Looking For
- A warm, professional, and polished demeanor
- Genuine care for delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Strong communication skills and natural relationship-building ability
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability, coachability, and a desire to grow
- Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service strongly preferred
- Automotive sales experience a plus, but not required
- Experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or phone-based customer service is a plus, especially for handling internet and phone leads
