Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Handle guest requests efficiently, offering solutions that enhance their stay and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Maintain accurate reservation records, process cancellations or modifications, and update guest information in the hotel management system.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and ensuring all financial transactions are correctly recorded.
- Provide comprehensive guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and night audit procedures.
- Previous hotel experience in resort settings is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and courteous during busy shifts, especially during night hours when performing audits or handling late arrivals.
